Air Fryer Banana Nut Muffins–My kids absolutely love this muffin, easy and I love using my ripe bananas in it, the perfect breakfast and so budget-friendly.
If you have not made muffins in the air fryer, you are so missing out. The way I tell my friends and family, is they are bakery quality, meaning they are good enough to sell at a bakery. And trust me I’m not a baker, by heart. But these are so easy, and my kids gobble them up.
So, if you have some ripe bananas that you want to use up, this is a great recipe, and you will get a great quality banana muffin.

How To Make Air Fryer Banana Nut Muffins
Ingredients:
- Bananas
- Butter
- Granulated Sugar
- Egg
- Pure Vanilla Extract
- Baking Soda
- Baking Powder
- Ground Cinnamon
- Salt
- All-Purpose Flour
- Walnuts
Simple Directions:
- Start by mixing the bananas, butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon, flour together in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the walnuts
- Spray your muffin tin, with non-stick cooking spray.
- Spread your batter into the prepared pan, and place the tin into your air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 320 degrees, F for 12 minutes.
- After 12 minutes my muffins were nice, if they are not, add an additional 2 minutes. Check. For doneness.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!

This is one of my favorite recipes. I really get to use the overripe bananas, and it makes for an excellent breakfast, with a hot coffee cup.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
