Ingredients
3mediumbananas, ripe
1/3cupbutter, unsalted & melted
3/4cupgranulated sugar
1largeegg
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
1teaspoonbaking soda
1teaspoonbaking powder
1/2teaspoonground cinnamon
1/2teaspoonsalt
1 1/2cupsall-purpose flour
1cupwalnuts, or pecans
Instructions
Start by mixing the 3 medium bananas, 1/3 cup butter, 3/4 cup granulated sugar, 1 large egg, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour together in a large mixing bowl.
Mix until smooth.
Fold in the 1 cup walnuts.
Spray your muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
Spread your batter into the prepared pan, and place the muffin tin into your air fryer basket. Set the air fryer temperature to 320 degrees F and set cook time for for 12-15 minutes.
