How To Make Air Fryer S’mores Cookie Cups

Step 1: In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter until well mixed. Grease a muffin tin with olive oil spray, then press the crust mixture evenly into each cup using your fingers.

Step 2: Place the muffin tin in the air fryer and bake at 300°F for 7–12 minutes, until the graham cracker crust turns lightly golden.

Step 3: Slice the marshmallows in half and press them into each cookie cup. Return the pan to the air fryer and broil for about 2 minutes, watching closely, until the marshmallows are golden brown, then remove immediately.
Step 4: Press a chocolate square into the center of each marshmallow, then let the cookie cups cool for about 20 minutes before removing from the tray.

Easy Air Fryer S’mores Cookie Cups Recipe Tips
- Watch the marshmallows closely: They brown quickly under the broil setting, so don’t walk away.
- Use mini marshmallows if preferred: Easier to fit into cookie cups and melt evenly.
- Grease the muffin tin well: Prevents sticking and makes removal easier.
- Add extra chocolate: Sprinkle chopped chocolate or chocolate chips for a richer filling.
- Cool before removing: Let cookie cups set for 20 minutes to keep their shape.
- Customize your crust: Add a pinch of cinnamon or cocoa powder to the graham cracker mixture for extra flavor.
- Batch size: Make in small batches if your air fryer is compact to ensure even cooking.
Storing, Freezing and Make Ahead Instructions
- Storing: Let the cookie cups cool completely, then store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days to maintain their soft, gooey texture.
- Freezing: Wrap each cookie cup individually in plastic wrap and place in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
- Make-Ahead: You can assemble the crusts and add the marshmallows ahead of time. Store the prepared cups in the fridge for a few hours, then broil the marshmallows just before serving for freshly toasted flavor.
