- Use fresh or thawed shrimp – Pat them dry before marinating to avoid excess water in the sauce.
- Don’t skip the marinating time – Even 10–15 minutes helps infuse flavor into the shrimp.
- Cook over high heat – A hot skillet or wok gives you that classic stir-fry sear.
- Slice veggies evenly – This ensures quick, uniform cooking and a better texture.
- Double the sauce if serving with rice – It soaks in beautifully for a more satisfying meal.
Storing, Freezing & Reheating Instructions
- Storing: Place leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
- Freezing: Freeze cooked shrimp and veggies in a freezer-safe bag or container for up to 2 months. For best texture, avoid freezing the rice.
- Reheating: Reheat in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through, or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between. Add a splash of water or sauce to refresh moisture if needed.
