What Is An Air Fryer Apple Pie Egg Rolls?
While everyone loves a great slice of homemade Apple Pie, apple pie is not the easiest treat to make in minutes.
So, when you are yearning for a great slice of apple pie, this batch of Air Fryer Apple Pie Egg Rolls will keep you happy, and your craving filled.
Same ingredients, but you change the crust for a simple egg. And who doesn’t love a great Air Fryer Egg Roll Recipe?
Ingredients In Air Fryer Apple Pie Egg Rolls
- Brown Sugar
- All-Purpose Flour
- Ground Cinnamon
- Lemon Juice
- Egg Roll Wrappers
- Cooking Spray
How To Make Air Fryer Apple Pie Egg Rolls
Start by peeling and dicing the apples, then put them in a small mixing bowl. Add the flour, sugar, ground cinnamon, and lemon juice. Combine well.
Lay out the egg roll wrapper, and place 2 tablespoons inside of the wrapper.
Roll them up, brushing water on the sides and ends, to keep the egg roll and filling in place. Spray the tops with cooking spray, or brush with melted butter, and then set in the air fryer; set the timer for 5 minutes at 330 degrees F. (air fryer setting)
HOW TO FOLD AN EGG ROLL
The first time I rolled an egg roll, I was unraveled by the time I put it in the air fryer. But, after a few more tries, I got the hang of it.
To fold an egg roll, you need to use a pastry brush and brush the edges with water, just enough to have the egg roll wrapper stick to itself.

WHAT IS THE BEST APPLE FOR BAKING?
Today, I used green apples, as they were readily available at my grocery stores. You can use any apple that you can find at your local grocery store or orchard. Some of my favorite apples for baking are:

This is one of the most common questions I always get asked. When I post an egg roll wrapper, Everyone heads out to the grocery store only to come home without them.
Where are they? You will find the egg roll wrappers usually in the produce aisle since they need to be refrigerated. They are usually located next to Vegan Products, including Tofu.
