- Egg Roll Wrappers
- Pumpkin Pie Filling
- Powdered Sugar
- Ground Cinnamon
How To Make Air Fryer Easy Pumpkin Pie Egg Rolls
Layout your egg roll wrapper on a flat surface, and then place a tablespoon of pumpkin pie filling in the center of the egg roll wrapper.
Use a pastry brush and brush water on the sides of the egg roll wrapper, and then roll it out. Fold the sides in as if you are gifting wrapping a package. And then brush water on the end seams to seal it up.
Place them onto a greased air fryer tray or in a greased air fryer basket as you make the egg rolls. Spray the tops with olive oil. (This will help get you the nice golden color)
Set the temperature to 350 degrees F (air fryer setting) for 5 to 8 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar and ground cinnamon. Mix well, then sprinkle over the egg rolls.
Pro Tips:
- For best results, make sure to either spray your Air Freyr Basket with Cooking Spray or Parchment Paper so the egg rolls do not stick.
- This recipe will work in the Air Fryer Basket or Air Fryer Basket Oven Model; also, it will work in the Ninja Foodi, Instant Pot Vortex, Instant Pot Crisp Lid, and the Mealthy Lid.
- Do not crowd the basket. Otherwise, the Air Fryer Easy Pumpkin Pie Egg Rolls will not crisp up. They need space to cook up perfectly.
Which Canned Pumpkin To Use?
This recipe calls for Pumpkin Pie Filling, a pumpkin mixture but has already been sweetened with a sweetener and fall spices.
Depending on which PUmpkin Pie Filling you use, they will all be slightly different. Using canned pumpkins will give you a different flavor, but add some sweetener and spices if you only have that one hand.

Today, I served these with a simple topping of powdered sugar and spices. But you can also serve these with a great caramel sauce on the side or a small drizzle.
Another great option is to serve these with either pumpkin or vanilla ice cream!

This is a great recipe. You can either serve these hot or cold. I prefer them warm, with a scoop of pumpkin ice cream!
