HOW TO FOLD AN EGG ROLL

The art of cooking an egg roll is not something that can be taught in one paragraph. It takes years to master the process, but luckily for you, I have outlined a few steps below to get you started! Follow these instructions and enjoy your delicious egg rolls!

Step 1: To start, place a piece of parchment paper on the countertop. This will allow the egg roll wrappers to move around without sticking.

Step 2: Place an egg down before you with two chopsticks or fingers holding it together into a rectangle shape. Get ready to grab some fillings!

Step 3: The roll the egg rolls. Use some melted butter at the end of the egg roll wrapper, which will help the egg roll to adhere to itself.

WHAT IS THE BEST PUMPKIN FOR THESE EGG ROLLS?

You’re in the mood for some pumpkin treats, but you’re not sure what kind of pumpkin to buy. Is canned pumpkin just as good as fresh? Will it work at all? You don’t want your egg rolls to fall apart! What is the best pumpkin for these egg rolls?

For these egg rolls, I used canned pumpkin, which is exactly like canned pumpkin puree. I would not recommend using pumpkin pie filling, as it has already been sweetened and seasoned.

PUMPKIN PIE EGG ROLLS WEIGHT WATCHERS

It’s pumpkin season again, and we’ve got a great recipe for you: PUMPKIN PIE EGG ROLLS WEIGHT WATCHERS. These egg rolls are not only delicious, but they’re also Weight Watchers friendly!

Depending on what Weight Watchers Plan you are on, these are very Weight Watchers friendly. Just change out the cream cheese for non-fat or Weight Watchers friendly Cream Cheese.

HOW TO STORE PUMPKIN EGG ROLLS:

These Air Fryer Pumpkin Cheesecake Egg Rolls are best served right after you cook them. But you can easily reheat them in the microwave or air fryer before serving.

To properly store them, let them cool to room temperature and then place them into an airtight container and the refrigerator. They will stay for a couple of days.

Due to the cream cheese in the egg rolls, I would not recommend freezing them as they will not thaw properly.
