Ingredients Needed For Air Fryer Pumpkin Cheesecake Egg Rolls
- Egg Roll Wrappers
- Cream Cheese
- Canned or Pureed Pumpkin
- Granulated Sugar
- Ground Cinnamon
- Ground Nutmeg
- Pure Vanilla Extract
How To Make Air Fryer Pumpkin Cheesecake Egg Rolls
In a large mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, eggs, and spices by hand or with an electric mixer until well combined and smooth.
Start creating the rolls by laying out the egg roll wrappers and adding 2 tablespoons of the pumpkin mixture to the center of each wrapper. Spread the mixture evenly up to about ¼ of the edges.
Brush the edges of the wrapper with the melted butter and roll. Seal the seams of the rolls and brush the outside of the roll with melted butter. Sprinkle or roll in the cinnamon sugar.
Working in several batches, place wrapped rolls into the bottom of your air fryer. Cook on the air fry setting at 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 5-7 minutes, or until the rolls are cooked through and lightly golden brown. Turn the rolls halfway through cooking.
