This month it is all about apples and pumpkins, and what is more ionic than a classic Air Fryer Pumpkin Pie? Today, I made these cute little Air Fryer Mini Pumpkin Pies just in time for the upcoming holidays!

I have been working hard on my classic air fryer pumpkin pie, and you can find the recipe here, but I thought this would be such a cute dessert to serve at Thanksgiving!

And if you do not have time to make a pumpkin pie, you can buy one and then follow the directions below. It is a great and easy way for a cute treat for the entire family!!

Air Fryer Mini Pumpkin Pies

Ingredients:

  • Pumpkin Pie
  • Biscuit Cutter
  • Cooking Spray
  • Whipped Cream
  • Ground Cinnamon

Note: Make sure that your pre-cooked pumpkin pie has been chilled in the fridge for several hours. This will help keep each mini pie together. If the pie is warm, these mini pies will not hold together.

Simple Directions:

Press a 1.5 or 2 inch round cookie cutter or biscuit cutter (that’s been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray) into the pie, gently turning back and forth against the pie crust’s edge without cutting into the top portion of the crust. Work your way from the outside edges of the pie inwards. Be sure to get each cutout almost touching without overlapping to get the most mini pies out of your pie.

Place each mini pie on a serving tray and top with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

The number of mini pies will vary based on your pie’s size and the size of your cutter.
