Ingredients 

Panda Express Wok Fired Shrimp Ingredients:

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Panda Express Wok Fired Shrimp Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey , or brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water

Vegetables:

  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine 1 pound large shrimp,1 bell pepper, 1 cup snap peas, 1/2 onion, 2 cloves garlic, and 1 teaspoon fresh ginger with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce and 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray or brush the basket with oil.
  • Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 5–6 minutes, shaking basket halfway through, until shrimp are pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, whisk 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water to make a slurry. In a saucepan, combine 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon honey , and 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Bring to simmer over medium heat. Stir in slurry and cook until thickened, about 1–2 minutes.
  • Add cooked shrimp to the skillet with vegetables. Pour sauce over and toss to coat evenly. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
