Easy Air Fryer Peaches With Brown Sugar and Cinnamon Recipe Tips
- Choose firm peaches: Slightly firm peaches hold their shape better while cooking.
- Brush with oil: Lightly brushing the cut sides with olive oil prevents sticking and helps caramelize.
- Check doneness early: Air fryers vary; start checking at 8 minutes to avoid over-softening.
- Even caramelization: Flip peaches halfway and add the butter-sugar-cinnamon mixture for a perfectly golden top.
- Serve warm: These peaches taste best straight from the air fryer, but they can be enjoyed slightly cooled too.
- Pair it up: Delicious on their own or with ice cream, yogurt, or oatmeal.
- Make ahead: Prep the butter-sugar-cinnamon mix in advance to save time on busy days.
Storing and Reheating Instructions
- Storing: Store cooked air fryer peaches in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep them chilled until ready to serve.
- Freezing: Place cooled peaches in a freezer-safe container or bag and freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before reheating.
- Reheating: Warm peaches in the air fryer at 325°F for 2–3 minutes or until heated through. You can also microwave for 20–30 seconds, though they may be slightly softer.

I’m getting an air fryer tomorrow & this might be the first thing I make! I looooove grilled peaches, but live in an apartment and can’t grill (pouty) and my oven heats up the place too much to do this in the summer (very pouty).

Delicious! Thanks for such a great and easy recipe. I substituted coconut sugar for the brown sugar and it was really great. Would definitely make this again!
