Start by making your breading stations. In the first bowl: Add your eggs, whisk well, with a fork. Then, in the second bowl, mix the flour, paprika, and garlic powder. In the third bowl, add the Panko Bread Crumbs.
Drain the juice from the olives, and use a paper towel to dry them off. Then dip them into the flour, the egg, and then the panko. As you coat them, set them aside on a plate.
Spray them generously with the cooking spray.
Note: The cooking spray will help them get nice and crispy. Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray. This way, the olives will not stick. Nothing is worse than air frying something and being done and realizing that the breading all comes off. Depending on your air fryer, you either need to spray it or use a parchment paper liner.
Place the olives into the air fryer basket, set the temperature to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, flip the olives over, spray again with cooking spray, and air fry for another 3 to 5 minutes.
