      • 1 teaspoon basil
      • 4 tablespoon olive oil
      • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
      • Parmesan Cheese

      Instructions

      • Start by air frying your eggplant. Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 4 minutes. Then slice your eggplant into thin slices, sprinkle some salt on top of them, let them sit for 10 minutes.
