Pro Tips For Cooking Pasta In The Ninja Foodi

  • Monitor the progress of your pasta closely; if it’s too al dente or too soft, you can constantly adjust your cooking time accordingly.
  • If you’re making a sauce to accompany the pasta, add it near the end of cooking time to avoid sticking or burning.
  • You can substitute the 4 cups of beef broth for 4 cups of water. I use broth, as it adds additional flavor.
  • For an even more flavorful dish, try adding fresh herbs and spices like basil, onion powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes before crisping up your pasta in Ninja Food. You can even add extra veggies, like bell peppers and mushrooms.
  • For a heartier meal, add some cooked proteins such as shredded chicken, ground beef, or Italian sausage.
