What Are Egg And Toast Cups?
They are a piece of bread on the bottom of a muffin tin, and then you cracked an egg in the center of the bread.
They are set into the air fryer and baked up to perfection. This will give you a piece of toasted bread and a perfectly cooked egg in the middle.
This makes for a great and easy breakfast option that the entire family will love!

Are these egg cups healthy?
Yes, they are. If you are looking for a low carb or KETO-friendly option, use a low carb bread.
They are a great source of protein and fiber. You can also make them healthier by adding some sauteed vegetables. I have used sauteed onions and peppers, and they were amazing.
The eggs are filled with protein, which will make you feel full, until you get to lunch!
Can I store leftover egg cups?
Absolutely, if you have any leftovers, let them cool to room temperature. Then wrap them up in saran wrap and place them into the refrigerator.
They will last for about 1 to 2 days.
To reheat them, either reheat in the microwave or place them into the air fryer and heat until warmed through.
