Ingredients Needed

- Fresh Blueberries (Fresh or Frozen): Provide a juicy and tart flavor that becomes irresistibly sweet when cooked.
- Granulated Sugar: This will sweeten the berries and help create a syrupy texture as they cook; you can use brown sugar for a sweeter cobbler.
- All-Purpose Flour: Helps achieve a fluffy and light texture.
- Baking Powder: Makes sure your cobbler topping rises and becomes airy.
- Kosher Salt: Enhances the flavors and balances the sweetness.
- Milk: Adds moisture to the cobbler topping, ensuring it’s soft inside with a crisp outer layer. You can use whole milk or almond milk.
- Unsalted Butter: Enriches the topping and helps it achieve a golden-brown finish.
- Vanilla Extract: A splash adds a fragrant aroma.
- Lemon Zest (optional): This brightens up the dish, for a zesty taste.
- Cinnamon (optional): A sprinkle can add a touch of warmth and spiciness.
How To Make Air Fryer Blueberry Cobbler

Step One: In a small bowl, combine the blueberries with sugar (adjust based on the tartness of the berries and your preference). You can also add a squeeze of lemon juice or a hint of lemon zest for added flavor. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes until the blueberries release their juices.
Step Two: Mix the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until a smooth batter forms. If using, fold in the lemon zest or sprinkle of cinnamon.

Step Three: Grease your air fryer-safe baking dish or pan. Pour the blueberry mixture into the dish, spreading it out evenly. Drop spoonfuls of the cobbler batter on top of the blueberries. It doesn’t have to be perfect; the batter will spread as it cooks.
Step Four: Preheat your air fryer temperature to 325 degrees F (163°C) for 3-5 minutes. Place the dish or pan into the preheated air fryer basket. Set cook time for 20-25 minutes or until the cobbler topping is golden brown and the blueberry filling is bubbling. Depending on the size of your air fryer and the dish, you may need to adjust the cooking time.

Air Fryer Easy Blueberry Cobbler Recipe Tips
- Use fresh or frozen blueberries: Both work well, just adjust cooking time slightly for frozen berries.
- Add a little lemon juice or zest to brighten the flavor of the blueberries.
- Grease your baking dish well to prevent sticking and make serving easier.
- Drop batter unevenly over the blueberries; it will spread and create a rustic, golden topping.
- Check doneness early to prevent overbaking, the topping should be golden and the blueberry juices bubbling.
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat.

Storing Instructions
Store leftover air fryer blueberry cobbler in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4–5 days. Reheat individual portions in the microwave or oven before serving, and for longer storage, freeze the cobbler (unbaked or baked) for up to 2 months, thawing before reheating.
Air Fryer Blueberry Cobbler Recipe Faqs
Can I use frozen blueberries? Yes! Frozen blueberries work well—just allow a few extra minutes of cooking for the filling to bubble.
Do I need to preheat the air fryer? Preheating helps ensure even cooking and a golden, crisp topping, but it’s optional.
Can I make individual servings? Absolutely! Use small ramekins or muffin cups for single-serve cobblers, adjusting cook time as needed.
How do I prevent the topping from burning? If the topping is browning too quickly, cover loosely with aluminum foil halfway through baking.
How should I store leftover cobbler? Refrigerate in an airtight container for 4–5 days, or freeze for up to 2 months, then reheat before serving.
Can I add other fruits? Yes! Peaches, cherries, or mixed berries can be substituted or combined with blueberries.
