Blueberry cobbler is a great and easy recipe, and it only takes a few ingredients and will either make you an incredible breakfast or a great dessert. It is a great recipe, and if you want, you can top it with a healthy scoop of vanilla ice cream. This will soon become one of your favorite recipes, and it’s kid-friendly, and with a couple of adaptions, it can be prepared gluten-free.
Ingredients In Blueberry Cobbler
- Blueberries
- Granulated Sugar
- Lemon Juice
- All-Purpose Flour (or Gluten-Free)
- Baking Powder
- Salt
- Milk
How To Make Air Fryer Blueberry Cobbler For Two

Start by spraying your ramekins with cooking spray, then add your blueberries to the bottom. Then add the lemon juice and sugar over the blueberries, and mix well.

In a small bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and milk.

Split the topping between the two cobblers, and then set it into the air fryer basket for 12-15 minutes at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting.
In the last minute, I added some sparkling sugar on top! I love this stuff!

Yes, if you only have frozen berries on hand, use them. You do not need to thaw them. Toss them with the lemon and sugar, and proceed with the recipe.
Can I Use Other Berries?
You can use any berries you have on hand or any berries that are your favorite. Some of my favorites are blackberries!
How To Store Blueberry Cobbler?
If you have any leftover or made two and want to eat one now and one later, cover the one and place into the refrigerator, It will last for about 1 to 2 days.
How To Reheat Blueberry Cobbler?
You can either add back the blueberry cobbler into the air fryer basket, or you can microwave it. Heat until hot.

Bottom Layer (divide in 2)
- 6 ounces blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Cobbler Topping (Divide in 2)
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons milk
Topping: Optional: Sparkling Sugar
Instructions
