Ingredients In Blueberry Cobbler

  • Blueberries
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Lemon Juice
  • All-Purpose Flour (or Gluten-Free)
  • Baking Powder
  • Salt
  • Milk

Start by spraying your ramekins with cooking spray, then add your blueberries to the bottom. Then add the lemon juice and sugar over the blueberries, and mix well.

In a small bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and milk.

Split the topping between the two cobblers, and then set it into the air fryer basket for 12-15 minutes at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting.

In the last minute, I added some sparkling sugar on top! I love this stuff!

Ingredients 

Bottom Layer (divide in 2)

  • 6 ounces blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Cobbler Topping (Divide in 2)

  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon  baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon  salt
  • 4 tablespoons milk

Topping: Optional: Sparkling Sugar

    Instructions

    • Start by spraying your ramekins with cooking spray, then add your blueberries to the bottom. Then add the lemon juice and sugar over the blueberries, and mix well.
    • In a small bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and milk.
