Mix diced apple, pomegranate seeds, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a medium bowl and toss so the fruit is coated.
Spread fruit mixture into a baking dish (or a few small baking dishes).
In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder pour in milk and butter, and mix until well combined. Pour the cobbler mixture over the fruit layer to cover it. Set the air fryer to 330˚F (165˚C). Place the baking dish inside the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes or until the top is golden.
Leave to cool for a few minutes, then serve with cream or ice cream!
