I made this duck with my new Air Fryer, which turned out beautifully; my duck was just over three pounds. Depending on which air fryer you own, you will probably be able to fit a 2 to 3-pound duck comfortably in your air fryer.
Duck: Depending on your air fryer, you will get a 2 to 4-pound duck in your air fryer basket. If you have an air fryer oven, you will be able to air fry a larger duck.
Salt and Black Pepper: Adds some seasoning to the duck
Minced Garlic: Add some spice to the duck
Olive Oil: Helps roast up the duck ideally in the air fryer
Lemon: Great, adds some citrus to the dish.
How To Make Duck In The Air Fryer
Whether you use frozen or fresh duck will affect your cooking time. After making this recipe a few times, I found that thawed duck will give you a better air fryer roasted duck. If you use frozen duck, make sure that your meat thermometer reaches 170 degrees F, before removing the duck from the air fryer.
Start by preparing your duck: Start by preparing your duck, in a small bowl, add the salt, black pepper, olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Mix well then rub over the duck
