It tastes better than the original!
I had to make Panera’s new Flatbread Pepperoni Pizza. I am not typically a fan of pizza, but this one was so good! It has pepperoni and cheese, and you can even use Hot & Spicy Pepperoni for those who love their food with some spice. The best part is how light the flatbread comes out from the air fryer, and it’s so good, it will soon become one of your favorite Air Fryer Lunch or Dinner Recipes!
In the weeks to come, I hope to make all of their Flatbread Creations right in my air fryer because EVERYONE LOVES PIZZA, and nothing cooks up a great pizza, like your trusty air fryer!

You can usually find these by the regular bread or in the deli section near tortillas at grocery stores like Walmart or even Target. For a healthier option, try out Fathead Flatbread for a Keto or Low-Carb Option. For gluten-free folks, try out O’Dough Gluten Free Flatbreads.
Pizza sauce: You can either use a tomato paste o your favorite tomato sauce. I have found that you can use a low-carb or Keto-Friendly option, such as Keto Classic Pasta Sauce, Yo-Mama’s.
Cheese: The traditional version at Panera uses Shredded Fontina Cheese. Today I used a blend of shredded mozzarella and fontina cheese. You can either purchase the pre-shredded or shred it yourself.
