Ingredients
3-4poundduck, defrosted
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
2tablespoonsolive oil
1teaspoonminced garlic
2tablespoonslemon juice
Instructions
Start by preparing your duck, in a small bowl, add the salt, black pepper, olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Mix well then rub over the duck.
Set your duck into the air fryer, set the temperature to 300 degrees F, air fryer setting, and cook for 40 to 50 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the duck reaches 170 degrees F.
Whether you use frozen or fresh duck will affect your cooking time. After making this recipe a few times, I found that thawed duck will give you a better air fryer roasted duck. If you use frozen duck, make sure that your meat thermometer reaches 170 degrees F, before removing the duck from the air fryer.
