Place your bread into the air fryer.

Crack the egg into the center of the bread with the space carved out for it. Set the temperature to 350 degrees F, for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top, and then air fry again for a minute or two (you just want the cheese to melt), and then remove.

I just tried the cheesy egg in my air fryer and I added bacon. The egg was soft and runny like I like them, but the cheese & bacon flew off & made a mess.
For the second egg I did the egg for 6 min. and finished the bacon & cheese in the microwave.
This one was more like a hard boiled egg, but I like to know what I did wrong with the first egg!
I believe I will make this again but with a liner.
