Ingredients Needed

- Pork Chops: Choose boneless pork chops that are about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick for even cooking and tenderness.
- Egg: Lightly beaten to help the breading adhere to the pork chops, creating a crispy coating.
- Bread Crumbs: Provides a crunchy and flavorful coating for the pork chops.
- Flour: Used as the first coating layer, which helps the egg mixture stick to the pork chops.
- Cornstarch: Added to the flour to enhance the crispiness of the coating.
- Kosher Salt: Essential for seasoning the pork chops and enhancing the overall flavor.
- Black Pepper: Adds a touch of heat and depth to the flavor profile.
- Paprika: Adds a mild, sweet, and slightly tangy flavor to the breading mixture.
- Parsley: Adds a fresh, herby flavor to the breading.
- Garlic Powder: Adds a savory and aromatic flavor to the pork chops, enhancing the overall taste.
How To Make Shake ‘N Bake Style Pork Chops in the Ninja Foodi

Step One: Remove your pork from the fridge and allow it to sit on the counter while you prepare the breading station.
Step Two: In a medium bowl, crack your egg, use a fork, to whisk. In a large bowl, combine the bread crumbs, flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, paprika, parsley, & garlic powder. Set aside.

Step Three: Preheat Ninja Foodi to 350 degrees F, for 5 minutes. Use a fork to poke each pork chop in a few different places this helps to tenderize. Then individually dip each pork chop in the egg mixture (coating it completely) and then dip it into breadcrumb mixture (again coating it completely).

Step Four: Place the pork chops in the Ninja Foodi. Space them out so they aren’t touching and aren’t on top of each other. Set cook time for 12-15 minutes. Flipping halfway through.

Shake ‘N Bake Style Pork Chops in the Ninja Foodi Recipe Tips
- Don’t skip the egg wash: It helps the coating stick and gives extra crispiness.
- Use panko or seasoned breadcrumbs: For an extra crunchy texture that mimics restaurant-style coating.
- Don’t overcrowd the basket: Give each pork chop enough space to cook evenly and get crispy.
- Check internal temperature: Pork should reach 145°F for safe, juicy results.
- Optional flavor boost: Sprinkle a little smoked paprika or cayenne in the breadcrumb mix for extra kick.
Storing Instructions
- Refrigerate: Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days.
- Freeze: Freeze cooked pork chops for up to 2 months; thaw in the fridge before reheating.
- Reheat: Warm in the Ninja Foodi or air fryer at 350°F for 5–7 minutes to restore crispiness.

Shake ‘N Bake Style Pork Chops in the Ninja Foodi Recipe Faqs
Can I use bone-in pork chops for this recipe? Yes, bone-in chops work fine, but you may need to increase the cook time by a few minutes to reach an internal temperature of 145°F.

I made these and the flavor was really good. They were juicy, but not crispy on the outside. Would that improve if I omit the egg wash?
