The Ninja Woodfire Grill, or Ninja Foodi Grill, or even the Ninja Foodi XL, does a great job on cooking perfect pork chops. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, it’s amazing.

Remove your pork from the fridge and allow it to sit on the counter while you prepare the breading station.  In a medium bowl, crack your egg, use a fork, to whisk. In a large bowl, combine the bread crumbs, flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, paprika, parsley, & garlic powder. Set aside.

Preheat Ninja Foodi Grill to 350 degrees F, for 5 minutes. Use a fork to poke each pork chop in a few different places this helps to tenderize.

Then individually dip each pork chop in the egg mixture (coating it completely) and then dip it into breadcrumb mixture (again coating it completely).
