Description

Ninja Foodi Grill Pork Chops offers the crispiness and crunch of breaded pork chops, using your Ninja Foodi Grill, or Ninja Foodi Woodfire Grill!

Ingredients 

  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 ½ Cups Breadcrumbs
  • ½ Cup Flour, all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Parsley
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Remove your pork from the fridge and allow it to sit on the counter while you prepare the breading station.  In a medium bowl, crack your egg, use a fork, to whisk. In a large bowl, combine the bread crumbs, flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, paprika, parsley, & garlic powder. Set aside.
  • Preheat Ninja Foodi Grill to 350 degrees F, for 5 minutes. Use a fork to poke each pork chop in a few different places this helps to tenderize.
  • Then individually dip each pork chop in the egg mixture (coating it completely) and then dip it into breadcrumb mixture (again coating it completely).
  • Place the pork chops on the Ninja Foodi Rack. Space them out so they aren’t touching and aren’t on top of each other.  Set cook time for 12-15 minutes. Flipping halfway through.
