Pro Tips

  • Toss The Seasoning Packets: Inside each package of ramen is a seasoning packet. You don’t need these, though! Just take out the dry blocks of the noodles, and dispose of the seasoning mix.
  • Fresh Noodles Are Best: Instant Pot ramen noodles are best enjoyed the same day they’re cooked. If you plan on having leftovers, be sure that your soup and noodles have been drained properly before storing them in an airtight container for later use–although we recommend finishing both foods as soon as possible!
  • Add More Vegetables: Use any vegetables that are in season. I love to add shredded carrots, zucchini, or even a healthy batch of green leafy vegetables.

What Type of Noodles to Use

Noodles are a versatile food that you can use in many different dishes. But what type of noodles should you use for which dish?

In this recipe, Top Ramen or Maruchan Ramen noodles work just fine. Any type will do for our dish, and they’re a lot cheaper than buying organic ramen!
