  • 12 Lamb chops , Bone-in or boneless, about 1–1.5 inches thick
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 6 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons Thyme
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt , to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Zest
