I have reheated several Rotisserie Chickens with my air fryer over the past few years. I have used the Ninja Foodi, Pampered Chef, Actifry, Cosori, Power Air Fryer, Instant Pot Vortex, Instant Pot Omni Air Fryer, and even the Kalorik Digital Air Fryer Oven. The recipe will be about the same.

Depending on the size of your chicken, you may need to use a sharp knife and cut the chicken up into pieces so it fits into your air fryer.

  1. Determine if your chicken fits, as a whole. If not use a sharp knife and cut it into pieces or sections.
  2. Place the chicken into the air fryer basket or on the tray.
  3. I usually put skin side up.
  4. Optional: Brush the chicken with melted butter, which will help your chicken get nice and crispy.
