Is there anything better than a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store? So crispy, so juicy…but sometimes you can’t finish the entire bird. Or maybe you want to save some for another day. No problem! You can reheat rotisserie chicken in an air fryer. It will come out just as crispy and delicious as when it was first cooked. Here’s how to do it.

Ingredients 

  • 1 whole rotisserie chicken, cold

Optional: 2 to 3 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions

  • Determine if your chickenfits, as a whole. If not use a sharp knife and cut it into pieces or sections.
  • Place the chicken into the air fryer basket or on the tray.
  • Put the skin side up Optional: Brush the chicken with melted butter, which will help your chicken get nice and crispy.
  • Set the temperature to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, and cook for about 5 to 8 minutes. Remove when the chicken is hot. There is no need to preheat the air fryer.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
