How To Store:

How do you store a frittata? This will become a great make-ahead meal if you store it correctly. Let the frittata cool to room temperature and then place into an airtight container. It will last for about 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator.

You can either reheat the leftovers in the microwave or the air fryer, heat them until warmed through.

What Pans To Use In the Air Fryer To Make A Frittata

One of the first recipes that I made was a frittata. I wasn’t sure what pan to use, so I just used the baking pan that came with the air fryer. It didn’t turn out very well.

The middle was not cooked, but the edges were really crispy and the center was raw. So, I did some trial and error and found out that there are different pans that you can use in the air fryer to make a frittata.

Some great ones are:

5.4 inch (13.7cm) pre-seasoned cast iron skillet
