How To Make Air Fryer Artichoke, Spinach, and Cheese Frittata

Use a whisk to beat eggs with milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

Heat olive oil in a 10-inch ovenproof skillet on medium. (Cast iron skillets work great) Add yellow onion and asparagus to the pan and sauté until soft, approx. 7 minutes.

Stir in spinach and sauté until wilted, approx. 2 minutes.

Spread the cooked vegetables evenly in a skillet and pour the egg mixture over them. Stir in ¼ cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Crumble feta cheese on top. Cook without stirring until eggs are just beginning to set around the edges, approx. 2 to 3 minutes.

Place the skillet in the air fryer and air fry the frittata until almost set in the center, approx. 10 minutes. Remove the skillet from the air fryer and top with the remaining ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese.

How To Store:

How do you store a frittata? This will become a great make-ahead meal if you store it correctly. Let the frittata cool to room temperature and then place it into an airtight container. It will last for about 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator.

You can either reheat the leftovers in the microwave or the air fryer, and heat them until warmed through.

What Pans To Use In the Air Fryer To Make A Frittata

One of the first recipes that I made was a frittata. I wasn’t sure what pan to use, so I just used the baking pan that came with the air fryer. It didn’t turn out very well.

The middle was not cooked, but the edges were really crispy and the center was raw. So, I did some trial and error and found out that there are different pans that you can use in the air fryer to make a frittata.
