How To Make Air Fryer Shrimp Deviled Eggs

Place your eggs into the air fryer basket, and set the temperature to 250 degrees F, air fryer setting and cook for 15 to 17 minutes. Remove the eggs from the air fryer basket, and place them into ice water. Let cool completely.

Halve the peeled eggs lengthwise and remove yolks. Saute your shrimp in a tiny bit of olive oil until pink and allow to cool.

Chop shrimp and mix with egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, and seasonings in a medium bowl, stirring until well blended.

Spoon the shrimp mixture into the egg white halves. Sprinkle with the parsley if desired. Place the eggs on a serving plate and serve at once or cover and refrigerate for two hours before serving.

Tips For Making The Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs
Do you love boiled eggs but always end up with a green ring around the yolk? Or maybe your eggs are overdone and rubbery?
The air fryer makes perfectly hard-boiled eggs; however, you need to test one egg to find your timing. The average time at 250 degrees F, air fryer setting is 15 minutes. The key is to stop cooking the eggs, which means that the minute the air fryer is done cooking the eggs, you need to remove them and place them into an ice bath, which is nothing more than a bowl of cold water, with a few ice cubes. Let your eggs cool completely, and then drain the water and ice—place into the refrigerator for about 20 to 30 minutes, or until they are thoroughly chilled.
Storing and Serving Suggestions
You can make the hard-boiled eggs in advance, keep them with the shell on, and they will last for about 3 to 5 days.
I recommend that you prepare the shrimp deviled eggs, right before serving, for the best flavor. But, if you have any leftovers, place them into an airtight container. They will also last for another 2 to 3 days before getting watery.
