Air Fryer Sausage and Cheddar Egg Muffins are so good! If you have been looking for a Keto and Low-Carb breakfast option, this is one of my favorites!

This is one of my favorite Air Fryer breakfast options, and I often make a batch over the weekend and then reheat them during the week. They make a perfect meal prep recipe, and they are healthy, kid-friendly, and delicious!

One of the best things is that you can change out the filling for almost anything, and it will work, so if you are not a fan of sausage, use some cooked bacon, even some spicy chorizo sausage. It will all work wonderfully.

  • Cooked Sausage
  • Heavy Cream
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese

How To Make Air Fryer Sausage and Cheddar Egg Muffins

Air Fryer Sausage and Cheddar Egg Muffins

Start by spraying olive oil in the egg mold, including the sides. In a large bowl, beat the eggs until they are frothy.

Add in the cooked sausage, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese to the eggs and mix well. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared egg molds. Set the egg mold into the air fryer.

Set the temperature to 330 degrees F (air fryer setting) for 5 minutes.

How To Cook Eggs In Air Fryer

The key to remember is that anything that you make in the oven; you can easily prepare in the Air Fryer. And it does not matter which air fryer you own, and the same recipe will work, whether you have an Air Fryer Oven, Air Fryer Basket, Ninja Foodi, Instant Pot Crisp Lid, or even the Mealthy Lid!

The recipe will work the same, so use the same temperature, and then watch your eggs as they cook up!

Air Fryer Eggs Using Ramekins 

Once you start cooking and baking with your Air Fryer, you will soon learn that ramekins are your best friend. They are the perfect size and container to bake anything in your air fryer, including Eggs.

So, grab a set, and let your imagination run while.

Air Fryer Egg Cups using Silicone Muffin Cups 

Another great option would be to use silicone muffin cups. They are great and usually come in a starter pack.

The key is that silicone muffin cups will cook a bit faster than eggs cooked in the ramekins, so watch the eggs as they cook up!

While today, I used a simple Sausage and Cheddar Cheese filling; you can easily change this out to anything.

Instructions
