Air Fryer Sausage and Cheddar Egg Muffin
s are so good! If you have been looking for a Keto and Low-Carb breakfast option, this is one of my favorites!
Ingredients

eggs
1/2
cup
sausage
,
cooked, ground
2
tablespoons
heavy cream
1
teaspoon
kosher salt
1/2
teaspoon
black pepper
4
tablespoons
cheddar cheese
,
shredded
Instructions
Start by spraying olive oil in the egg mold, including the sides.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs until they are frothy.
To the eggs, add in the cooked sausage, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese, and mix well.
Pour the egg mixture into the prepared egg molds.
Set the egg mold into the air fryer
Set the temperature to 330 degrees F (air fryer setting) for 5 minutes.
Plate, serve and enjoy!
