Air Fryer Breakfast Casserole

So, while the snowstorm, I tried to come with really hardy breakfast dishes for my family. I had a roll of crescent dough and some breakfast sausage, so I fried it up and created this simple breakfast casserole.

Made with the dough on the bottom, and then smothered in ground pork (cooked) and eggs, and loaded with cheese, it has all of the requirements and ingredients for a traditional breakfast casserole. So much easier and faster, thanks to the air fryer!

How do you make Air Fryer Breakfast Casserole?

This is so easy to make, and the key to this is to really bake the crust before you load it up. Otherwise, you are going to end up with an unbaked layer.

What do you need for Air Fryer Breakfast Casserole?

  • Crescent Dough
  • Ground Pork–Cooked
  • Eggs
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Spray your baking pan with cooking spray. And then, place the crescent dough into the pan, use your fingers to pinch the dough closed. Set into the air fryer for 4-6 minutes at 305 degrees F, air fryer setting, until golden brown.

In a small mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Sprinkle the ground sausage on top of the baked dough, and then pour the eggs on top. Place back into the air fryer for another 4 to 8 minutes at 305 degrees F, air fryer setting. When your eggs are set, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
