Description

Everyone’s favorite chip can now be easily be made in the air fryer. These are great and relatively healthy alternative to potato chips or even grocery store Tortilla Chips. Today, I made them using corn tortilla shells, so they are Air Fryer Gluten-Free Tortilla Chips.


Ingredients

  • Corn Tortillas
  • Olive Oil Spray
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Start by laying out your tortillas.
  2. Spray the tortillas with olive oil spray, and sprinkle some salt over them.
  3. Using a pizza cutter, cut them into wedges.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil, and then preheat the air fryer for about 5 minutes at 350 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  5. Set the corn tortillas in the air fryer for about 5 to 7 minutes. Flipping them halfway with a pair of tongs.
  6. When they are done, place them on a dishtowel or paper towels to cool. Sprinkle some salt on top.
  7. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
