Everyone loves Taco Tuesday, so I made my own version, that only required an air fryer muffin tin, and a few ingredients! Perfect for the air fryer.

What Are Taco Cups

Taco cups are a type of Mexican food that consists of a tortilla that is fried or baked and then filled with various ingredients. The most common fillings include meat, cheese, and beans, but there are many other possibilities as well. Taco cups can be served as an appetizer or main dish, and they are often accompanied by salsa or sour cream. While they are traditionally made with beef, chicken, or pork, vegetarian taco cups are also becoming increasingly popular. Whether you’re hosting a party or simply looking for a new twist on an old favorite, taco cups are a delicious and easy way to feed a crowd.

How To Make Taco Cups In The Air Fryer

I always use the air fryer to fry up the meat. It is easy and really is hands-off, I don’t have to worry about the meat burning on the stove, or keep on stirring in. Here is my secret recipe:

HOW TO BROWN GROUND BEEF IN THE AIR FRYER

For This Recipe, I simply added taco seasoning and other taco ingredients to season the meat. I added some diced tomatoes with green chilies, for a truly Mexican flavor.
