FRESH OR FROZEN SHRIMP

This recipe will work with either fresh or frozen shrimp.

I prefer to use thawed shrimp because it’s easier to marinade than frozen shrimp. I find that the butter really tenderizes the shrimp. When the shrimp is frozen, it will coat it, but not hat well.

HOW TO THAW FROZEN SHRIMP?

If you want to thaw your shrimp, there are two ways, and the first is to take it out of the freezer and let it thaw overnight in the refrigerator.

The second way is to add your frozen shrimp to a bowl of cold water and keep on changing out the water until the shrimp is fully defrosted. This will take about 10 to 20 minutes.

WHAT TO SERVE WITH AIR FRYER GARLIC BUTTER SHRIMP

This is an easy recipe and goes well with many side dishes. You can eat or serve this as an appetizer, but you can also make it as part of a meal.

I like to serve this with a bowl of spaghetti or pasta. I find that it makes for a great and healthy meal.

This can also be paired with a garden salad, or a simple roasted vegetable platter.
