- 1/8 teaspoon Baking powder

- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon Chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoon Mini marshmallows

- In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon Granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon Brown sugar, 1 tablespoon Unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/8 teaspoon Baking powder and 1/8 teaspoon Salt. Stir in melted 1 tablespoon Butter, 1 tablespoon Egg and 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract until smooth.
