Air Fryer Single Serve Chocolate Marshmallow Cookie Recipe Tips

  • Don’t overbake it: Pull the cookie while the center is still soft for gooey results.
  • Use a small ramekin: Keeps the cookie thick and evenly baked.
  • Add marshmallows on top: This helps them melt instead of disappearing into the batter.
  • Grease the dish well: Prevents sticking and makes cleanup easy.
  • Let it rest briefly: A minute or two helps the cookie set without losing gooey texture.
  • Customize the sweetness: Use dark chocolate chips for a richer, less sweet bite.

Storing Instructions

  • Room Temperature: Cover and store for up to 24 hours.
  • Refrigerator: Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
  • Freezer: Not recommended; texture changes once thawed.
  • Reheating: Warm in the air fryer at 300°F for 1–2 minutes or microwave for 10–15 seconds until soft and melty.

Air Fryer Single Serve Chocolate Marshmallow Cookie Recipe Faqs

Can I bake this cookie in the oven instead? Yes. Bake in an oven-safe ramekin at 350°F for about 12–14 minutes.

Why is my cookie dry? It was likely overcooked. For a gooey center, remove it while the middle still looks slightly soft.

Can I use regular marshmallows instead of mini? Yes. Chop large marshmallows into smaller pieces so they melt evenly.

What size ramekin works best? A 6–8 ounce ramekin gives the best thick, soft cookie texture.

Can I make this without egg? Yes. Replace the egg with 1 tablespoon milk or applesauce for a softer texture.

Can I add other mix-ins? Definitely. Chocolate chunks, peanut butter chips, or caramel bits work well.

Should I let the cookie cool before eating? Let it rest for 1–2 minutes so it sets slightly but stays gooey.
