This is such an easy meal. My kids loved the flavor of the BBQ sauce which really caramelized beautifully in the air fryer. I usually serve some extra on the side, for them to dip into. Whatever BBQ sauce that you use, will really bring out the flavor in this roasted pork tenderloin, thanks to the air fryer.
Here are the simple steps to make it in your own air fryer,
This is the tenderloin I used for this recipe. It was about 5 ounces per piece.
Set it in the air fryer oven or basket and set the temperature to 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
Brush the BBQ sauce on the pork tenderloin, and then air fry for another 5 minutes.
Check the internal temperature, once it reaches: 145 degrees F, remove. Let rest for about 10 minutes before you cut into it. That will allow the juices to settle inside.
Plate, serve, and enjoy!
