Step One: Roll out each crescent dough piece, spoon a tablespoon of apple pie filling onto the center, and then carefully roll it up.

Step Two: Lightly spray your air fryer basket or tray with cooking spray. Place the filled crescents inside and air fry at 320°F for 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Step Three: While the crescents cool, whisk together powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled pastries for a sweet finish.

Air Fryer Caramel Apple Pie Crescents Recipe Tips

  • Don’t overfill: Use about 1 tablespoon of apple pie filling per crescent to prevent spilling during cooking.
  • Even cooking: Arrange crescents in a single layer with a little space between them so air circulates evenly.
  • Check early: Air fryer models vary, so start checking a minute or two before the suggested cooking time to avoid over-browning.
  • Make a glaze: Mix powdered sugar with milk slowly, adding just enough milk to reach a drizzle-able consistency.
  • Flavor boost: Sprinkle a little cinnamon or drizzle extra caramel on top for added sweetness.

Storing Instructions

  • Room temperature: Store cooled crescents in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
  • Refrigerator: Keep in an airtight container for up to 5 days; reheat gently in the air fryer or microwave.
  • Freezing: Wrap individually in plastic wrap and freeze in a zip-top bag for up to 1 month; thaw before reheating.
