A delicious and simple cheesy homemade hashbrown (hash browns) made in the air fryer — perfect for a brunch, or for a quick weekend meal! Serve it with some maple and brown sugar bacon and you have an amazing breakfast, great for any crowd.
Remember to shake the air fryer basket, halfway through the time, I usually set my timer for 1/2 the time, and then it will beep and I will remember to shake it, sometimes if I don’t do this, I will forget to do so. And I will end up with unevenly cooked potatoes.
When they are all done, I usually lay them on top of paper towels, to remove some of the greases, but in this case, you do not need to do this, because there is no grease, like traditional oil frying.
Serve with Fried Eggs and Sausage for a complete breakfast
