Air Fryer Date & Walnut Bread! This bread is fantastic, and it’s so sweet it’s like eating dessert for breakfast. My family loves this bread. It only lasts a few hours in our house, as everyone is grabbing it. So, if you want to try this bread, I would suggest doubling the recipe so you get to eat some.
You can change this recipe up by adding walnuts. I made this twice, once with walnuts and once without walnuts, both times; it came out excellent, so if you don’t like walnuts, leave them out. This is a lovely, moist loaf of bread. If you want, you can toast it and place a slab of butter on top of it. Butter enhances the flavor of the dates. My mother used to buy date bread at the grocery store around Thanksgiving or Christmas time.
If you haven’t used dates before, make sure you buy the diced ones. I accidentally grabbed the whole dates, and I used a pair of scissors to cut up the dates, which are sticky and messy. So, save yourself some time and get the cut-up dates. This way, the recipe will be quick to assemble.

This is a great sweet bread that is filled with dates and walnuts. It is almost like banana bread, with the same texture.
This is typically served as a breakfast item with a hot cup of coffee. I enjoy mine with a slab of butter, but you can serve it with jam or honey.
