Air Fryer Cranberry Walnut Bread
This is a light and airy bread with fresh cranberries and diced walnuts. The bread is moist and absolutely delicious. Serve it with a hot cup of coffee for a great and easy breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients For Air Fryer Cranberry Walnut Bread
- All-Purpose Flour
- Granulated Sugar
- Baking powder
- Baking Soda
- Vegetable Oil
- Orange Juice
How To Make Air Fryer Cranberry Walnut Bread
In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. In another mixing bowl, mix the egg, vegetable oil, and orange juice.
Fold the egg mixture into the dry mixture. Fold in the diced cranberries and walnuts.
Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, filling about 2/3 way full. Set the pan into the air fryer. Set the temperature to 320 degrees F for 20-30 minutes.
Place a toothpick in the center of the cranberry bread. If the toothpick comes out clean, it is done. If not, add another few minutes.

Do I need fresh cranberries?
This recipe will work with either fresh, dried or frozen cranberries. If you are using fresh, dice them, if you are using frozen do not defrost them,as they wil get watery. I fyou are using dried, just add them in.
What Pans Can I Use in the Air Fryer?
I recommend mini loaf pans, as they are easy to get the center fully cooked. If you use a large loaf pan, the center will have a hard time cooking. I strongly recommend using mini loaf pans.
