How to Make Air Fryer Blueberry Quick Bread
In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix in the egg, milk, and vegetable oil. Mix well.
Fold in the blueberries. Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe pan.
Set the pan into the air fryer, and set the temperature to 320 degrees F for 20 minutes.
When the time is up, place a toothpick in the loaf, and check to see that the toothpick comes out clean. If not, add another 5 minutes.
NOTE: The exact time will depend on the air fryer model you have and the pans you are using. I highly recommend using mini loaf pans as they do better in the air fryer than the larger loaf pans. You will often find the middle not cooking when using the larger loaf pans.
CAN I MAKE THIS AIR FRYER BLUEBERRY BREAD IN THE OVEN?
Yes, anything that you make in the Air Fryer you can make in the oven. The oven will take a bit longer.
So preheat your oven to 350 degrees F, and bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Before removing it from your oven, press a toothpick into the Air Fryer Blueberry Quick Bread center. If it comes out clean, remove the bread; otherwise, keep baking it until the toothpick comes out clean.
HOW DO YOU STORE BLUEBERRY BREAD?
Let the Air Fryer Blueberry Quick Bread cool to room temperature and then wrap it in saran wrap and then in foil. The more airtight you wrap the bread, the longer it will last.
It will last about 3 to 4 days on the counter. For any longer, you should wrap it up and place it into the refrigerator.
HOW DO YOU FREEZE BLUEBERRY BREAD?
This is a really make-ahead and freezer-friendly quick bread. If you want to make a few loaves, then freeze it. It will last for about 2 to 4 months.
To Freeze: Let cool to room temperature, wrap in saran wrap a few times, then wrap in foil. Place the bread into the freezer.
To use from frozen, place the frozen bread into the refrigerator and let thaw overnight.
WHAT ARE THE BEST LOAF PANS TO USE IN THE AIR FRYER?
While you can use any loaf pan you have, I find that mini loaf pans work much better than full-sized or regular loaf pans. Here are some of my favorites: (affiliate links included)

This is tasty for sure, but I baked mine at 350 for 50 min and still a bit goopy on the bottom! It did not rise, was about 1 1/2″ thick. 😵💫 First attempt at AF baking. I used a strip of foil as a sling and put the batter right in the drawer. I have a dual drawer. Any pointers???

Did you use a mini pan or a full size loaf pan?
