- In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. 
- In another mixing bowl, mix the egg, vegetable oil, and orange juice. 
- Fold the egg mixture into the dry mixture. 
- Fold in the diced cranberries and walnuts. 
- Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. 
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, filling about 2/3 way full. 
- Set the pan into the air fryer. 
- Set the temperature to 320 degrees F for 20-30 minutes. 
- Place a toothpick in the center of the cranberry bread. If the toothpick comes out clean, it is done. If not, add another few minutes. 
- Let cool before slicing. 
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
