How To Properly Air Fry Homemade Waffles- This is a straightforward recipe, and I love it. Easy and absolutely delicious!
Does anyone else remember Saturday or Sunday morning pancakes or waffle breakfasts? My family would head every Sunday after to church to IHOP for a great pancake or waffle breakfast. They had amazing combinations with all of the toppings, yummy.
Now that I am a hockey mom, I don’t get many weekends (ok, I don’t get any) free, so I have tried to come up with the same traditions, using homemade recipes. Living in New Hampshire/Vermont Border for a while, I also learned that one of the best ways to indulge is to have pure maple syrup on the table for serving.
I am a BIG fan of homemade waffle mix because they taste much better, and they are straightforward to whip up. If you are running short of time, you could also make a batch of homemade waffle mix, and you can also freeze waffles. I love that idea, I usually make a batch on a Sunday morning when I am free, and I make enough to last a month.

Here Is How To Make Homemade Waffles In The Air Fryer
Start by making your waffle mix, as directed on the box. Spray your mold with non-stick cooking spray or olive oil spray.
Fill your mold (I found it easier after my 1st batch) to put the mold directly into the air fryer basket, so it wouldn’t spill while moving it.
Fill them about 2/3 the full.
Put the tray into the air fryer oven, and set the temperature to 330 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 4 minutes, after 4 minutes check and add about 3-4 minutes more.
