This was a really easy recipe, and I wanted to see if I could make my son some Gluten-Free Snacks, these are much cheaper than buying at the grocery store. Although most corn chips are gluten-free, I just worry about the cross-contamination, so these were easy enough to fix for him, for a snack. These are so easy to make, and they taste so much better than store bought. It is a great snack that you can easily make, when you get the urge to crunch.
1 package of flour tortillas (any size)
2–3 tablespoons olive oil
- Start by laying out your tortillas (today I used flour tortillas) and then use your round biscuit cutter, to make the circles.
- Continue to use your biscuit cutter and make circle tortillas.
- Add the olive oil, and coat the chips, and then spread them down on the air fryer tray (or basket)
Set the temperature to 350 degrees F, (air fryer setting) for 5 minutes.
- Plate, serve and enjoy!
