  • 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, for coating
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, freshly chopped, for garnish.
