Air Fryer White Pizza Recipe Tips

  • Use Fresh Pizza Dough: For the best texture and flavor, fresh pizza dough works wonders. You can also use store-bought dough for a quicker option.
  • Don’t Overload the Toppings: Keep the toppings light to ensure the pizza cooks evenly and the crust gets crispy.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheating ensures an even cooking temperature and a perfectly crispy crust.
  • Brush the Dough with Olive Oil: A light brush of olive oil before cooking adds extra crispiness to the crust.
  • Experiment with Cheese: Feel free to add other cheeses like goat cheese or provolone for a unique twist.
  • Keep an Eye on Cooking Time: Air fryer models vary, so check your pizza around 8 minutes to avoid overcooking.
  • Add Fresh Toppings After Cooking: Add fresh basil, arugula, or a drizzle of olive oil or honey after cooking to enhance the flavor.
  • Use Parchment Paper: If you’re worried about sticking, use parchment paper to line your air fryer basket for easy removal.

Storing

  • Storing: Store leftover Air Fryer White Pizza (Pizza Bianca) in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Make sure the pizza is fully cooled before storing to maintain its texture.
  • Freezing: To freeze, place slices of the cooled pizza on a baking sheet and freeze until firm. Once frozen, wrap the slices tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil and store them in a freezer-safe bag for up to 3 months.
  • Reheating: Reheat leftover pizza in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 3-5 minutes until the crust is crispy and the cheese is bubbly again. Alternatively, reheat in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes for the best results.

What To Serve With Air-Fried White Pizza

Air-fried white pizza (Pizza Bianca) pairs perfectly with a variety of sides to complement its rich, cheesy flavor. A fresh, crisp salad with arugula, mixed greens, or a tangy Caesar salad adds a refreshing contrast to the creamy pizza. For a heartier meal, serve it alongside roasted vegetables, such as garlic-infused Brussels sprouts or zucchini, to balance out the richness. You can also add a side of marinara or garlic dipping sauce for extra flavor, making for a well-rounded and satisfying meal!
