This batch is so good, and easy, if you haven’t made any pastry in the Air Fryer, they come out light, flaky and delicious. The warm interior, makes for a great treat, and who doesn’t love raspberry?

  • Pie Crust
  • Raspberry Pie Filling
  • Cooking Spray
  • Sparkling Sugar

How To Make Air Fryer Raspberry Hand Pies

Air Fryer Raspberry Hand Pies--Cut Dough

Start by rolling out the dough, then use your biscuit cutter, and cut out the circles. Repeat, until you use all of your dough.

Air Fryer Raspberry Hand Pies Berry in Center

Scoop about 1 tablespoon of pie filling in the center. Place another circle on top, and then use your fork tines to create the crust. Spray with olive oil.

Place the pastry on either a greased air fryer tray or in a greased air fryer basket.

Sprinkle with sparkling sugar.

Set into the air fryer basket or tray for 5 minutes at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting.

How To Store Air Fryer Hand Pies

If you have any leftovers, place them into an airtight container and leave them on the counter. They will last for 1 to 2 days.

For any longer, place them into the refrigerator. They will last for 3 to 4 days.

How to Freeze Air Fryer Raspberry Hand Pies

These are a great make-ahead and freezer-friendly dessert. They are the perfect snack to keep in the freezer.

To freeze, let them cool to room temperature. Place them onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, and pop them into the freezer. Then freeze them until they are frozen solid. Then remove and place them into a freezer bag. They will last for 1 to 2 months.

You can either leave them on the counter or place them into the refrigerator to defrost. Heat in the microwave or air fryer to warm up.
