  • Deli Sliced Roast Beef: You can also use leftover steak or roast beef.
  • Onions: You can use either sweet onions or regular white onions.
  • Bell Peppers: Use your favorite colored bell peppers.
  • Cream Cheese: Use room temperature cream cheese, either low-fat or full-fat.
  • Mozzarella Cheese: Use freshly or store-bought shredded cheese.
  • Mayonnaise: You can either use low-fat or full-fat mayonnaise, you can also use Greek Yogurt.
  • Butter: You can use either salted or unsalted butter, to saute the vegetables.
  • Seasonings/Spices: Garlic Powder and Cayenne Pepper
  • Serve With: Sliced Green Onions

How To Make Air Fryer Philly Cheesesteak Dip

Step One: In a small skillet, add the butter, onions, and bell peppers, and cook until translucent.

Step Two: Add them to a large mixing bowl, and fold in the cream cheese, cooked beef, shredded mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.

Step Three: Transfer to a small cast iron pan or baking pan. Set the pan into the air fryer basket and set cook time for 10-12 minutes at 300 degrees F, air fryer setting, until the dip is bubbling. Remove from the air fryer, and enjoy!

  • Meat: The easiest way to make this dip is by using sliced deli roast beef, which you don’t have to cook beforehand. However, if you have a leftover ribeye, you can easily substitute that as well.

How To Reheat: Place any leftover dip into a small baking pan, then set the baking pan into the air fryer, and heat at 300 degrees F, and heat until the dip is warmed through. mix frequently as it cooks up.

  • 1 pound mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
