Description

Do you love cheesesteaks? How about creamy, gooey dip? If so, you'll love this Air Fryer Cheesesteak Dip. It's easy to make and perfect for your next party. Plus, the air fryer cooks it up perfectly without any added fat or calories. So dig in and enjoy!

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound cooked beef, diced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 large green bell pepper, diced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese , room temperature
  • 1 pound mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Serve with fresh green onions

Instructions

  • In a small skillet, add the butter, onions, and bell peppers, and cook until translucent.
  • Add them to a large mixing bowl, and fold in the cream cheese, cooked beef, shredded mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
  • Transfer to a small cast iron pan or baking pan
  • Set the pan into the air fryer basket and cook for 10 to 12 minutes at 300 degrees F, air fryer setting, until the dip is bubbling.
  • Remove from the air fryer
  • Garnish with diced green onions, right before serving.
